Carry out Customer Satisfaction Survey to improve the Quality of IGSR Service

In order to raise the customer satisfaction and improve the quality of service, IGSR commissioned a specialized third party to investigate and analyze the four main categories including 20 items covering the quality, price, delivery and service of the company's products. Recently a special meeting was held to examine the products and services of the company in the perspective of the market and the customers. The gap and the deficiency were summarized while the achievements were recognized. In the meeting the improvement measures were discussed and formulated. The survey really helps to further establish the company's brand image and enhance IGSR product quality and service level.
