On January 30^th, IGSR organized and convened the 2026 Economic Work Conference and 2025 Commendation Meeting. The meeting began with a work report by General Manager Mr. Tai Baoan, titled "Unite our hearts and pool our strength, seize the moment to tackle challenges and forge a new chapter; Work pragmatically with steadfast resolve, empower development through innovation and pursue greater progress." The report provided a comprehensive summary of the company’s production and operational activities in 2025, analyzed the current market conditions, our internal strengths, as well as existing gaps and shortcomings, and outlined the key tasks for 2026. Subsequently, the company commended the excellent employees, proactive individuals, safety pacesetters who achieved remarkable performance in 2025. Mr. Tai Baoan signed the commitment letters of responsibility for 2026 business and operation objectives with department managers, clarifying the respective budgets and responsibilities for the upcoming year. Finally, Mr. Li Yousong, Executive President of GPRO Group, delivered a speech on behalf of the board of directors. He commented that IGSR should continue to strengthen safety and environmental management and benchmarking efforts to drive excellence, while fully tapping into the potential of its plant and units; It should focus on achieving breakthroughs in core technologies and advance the optimization of its product structure; Enhancing intelligent manufacturing and operational efficiency is essential by seizing digital opportunities; Additionally, the Company must anchor itself to its development planning, optimize and implement comprehensive budget management, and solidify the foundation for the Company’s sustainable growth.
