On November 27^th-28^th, the third meeting of the second board of directors of IGSR company was successfully held at Dongyi (Yixing) International Hotel. The members of the board of directors of the joint venture, the heads of the main functional management departments of GPRO group and Dynasol group and the management team of the joint venture attended the meeting. At the meeting, the directors and guests heard the reports on the joint venture's operation performance in 2019, business plan and financial budget in 2020. In the meeting the achievements of the joint venture in 2019 was affirmed, and the meeting required IGSR to further analyze and evaluate the cost reduction strategy, optimize the production organization, enhance the technical service level and realize the sustainable development of the company.
