With the support of technology supplier INSA Company, from November 2012 to August 2013, IGSR had selected a total of 33 personnelfrom management, technology, production operation, mechanical and electrical instrument maintenance, laboratory to Mexico INSA Company in 5 groups successively. Participated in the professional knowledge and practical skills training to prepare personnel and knowledge well for the startup smoothly of the plant.
