With the joint efforts of all staff, the first overhaul of IGSR NBR plant has been completed safely and successfully. From the operation effect of nearly one month, the plant runs stably. The efficiency has been significantly improved, and the expected target has been achieved.

       In order to commend the proactive employees and encourage all the staff to continue working hard and energetically, the company organized the Summary and Commendation Meeting of IGSR 2018 Plant Overhaul on September 12^th. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Cui Lei, Director of safety. Mr. Paul, Manager of Production and Technology, summarized the overhaul work. In the meeting the "Proactive Individuals in Overhaul ",” Pacesetters in Overhaul" and" Excellent Cooperation Companies " that made outstanding contributions to the overhaul  were commended and awarded the certificates. At the end of the meeting, Mr. Tai Baoan, General Manager of IGSR, made a warm speech, thanked all the staff for their hard work and clarified the requirements for the next stage of work. The company calls on all staff to make further efforts, unite and work hard with more confidence, a more positive attitude and a more pragmatic style. Devote to the stable and optimized production of the plant and the long-term development of the company, and strive for the full realization of the annual objectives!
