In order to further improve IGSR team leader's management ability and comprehensive quality, and to promote team building, recently the company organized a team leader basic management ability training course by making use of the plant overhaul time. The training focused mainly on three parts: the role orientation and cognition of the team leader, the one-day management of the team leader, and the overall perspective of team leader management. Through citing cases and scenario drills, explaining and practicing in parallel, the employees participated in actively interacted frequently. The whole training atmosphere was very active. Through the training, all have a clearer understanding of the responsibilities of the front-line team leader and a deeper understanding of the key points and details of the daily management of the team. At the same time, the various forms and core indicators introduced in the training have also benefited the students greatly and the training have been praised by everyone.
