In order to activate the team atmosphere, to enhance the team cohesion and team determination to achieve the annual objectives, recently the company organized part of the employees to take part in a day's outward bound training in one weekend day. The training projects, such as cooperating to get water, high rock climbing, fast & furious, obstacle competition, and breathing power etc., are both interesting and challenging. Each team members, under the leadership of the team leader, all finish the tasks successfully finally through brainstorming, close collaboration, focusing on communication and experience summary. This training makes everyone have a stronger sense of the importance of teamwork and effective communication. It not only raises the team work spirit and the sense of cooperation, but also effectively motivates the creative thinking of the staff, and plays a positive role in improving the cohesiveness of the team.
