On May 18^th, at the opening ceremony of the 11^th session of Nanjing international exchange and cooperation conference, Nanjing municipal government issued the Jinling Friendship Award to 10 foreign experts. Mr. Gabriel Sanchez Carlos, IGSR Chairman, ranked this list. Zhang Jinghua, Secretary of Nanjing municipal Party committee, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. Nanjing Mayor Lan Shaomin met with the award winners of the Jinling Friendship Award and presented the prizes.

Mr. Gabriel Sanchez Carlos has been in the joint venture IGSR since the beginning of 2012. It has been six years now. He works successively as General Manager and Chairman of the company, and made positive contributions to IGSR's establishment and steady development. This award is the highest honor for the foreign experts in Nanjing and the selection is organized every two years, in order to commend the outstanding contributions made by the experts of various fields in the economic and social development of Nanjing City and to attract more foreign experts come to Nanjing with entrepreneurship and innovation.
