In Sep. 27^th afternoon IGSR held the conference of the Company’s 2^nd term of labor union member representatives (also employees representatives) successfully after busy preparation.

The conference elected by secret ballot the company’s new Labor Union Committee, Funding Review Committee and the Female Workers' Committee;  reviewed and approved the eight new formulated or revised systems such as the human resources management and employee safety behavior norms etc.. At the same time, the new Labor Union Committee issued a proposal to all members that "Work hard in the remaining 100 days to achieve the 4^th quarter business objectives", called on all members to redouble their efforts and energy to do well in the tough battle of this year’s remaining 100 days, and to participate actively in the rationalization proposals collection activity, to offer plan and suggestions to promote the development of the company’s production and operation.

 The company General Manager Mr. Tai Baoan attended the meeting and made a concluding speech. He stressed that Labor Union should work around the center of company, lead all the members to focus their own posts, to perform their duties conscientiously; should give full play to the Labor Union organization as the communication bridge, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees, help employees improve their self-value, to achieve mutual benefits and win-win situation of company and employees.
