On June 5^th to June 16^th, the technical NBR manager of Dynasol, Tom Hofer organize a training of NBR applications to IGSR staff and distributors of each region. Tom Hofer explain the product characteristics and requirements in each NBR application also clarify the improvements and application features about the new grades of IGSR are developing: N41F (fast curing), 3380S (longer scorch time, slow curing) and 3345 (improve abrasion resistance).

In addition of the NBR technical training, Tom Hofer gives technical support to IGSR customers at different regions in applications such as foam, seals, compounds and shoe sole.

Tom Hofer with more than 30 years of experience in this field, wide experience in NBR recipes and one of the authors of the book “The Vanderbilt Rubber Handbook, will continue giving technical support to IGSR grades development and to our customers.
