To vigorously advance the series of activities for the 25th National Work Safety Month and ensure their tangible implementation, while continuously strengthening the Company's workplace safety foundation, IGSR recently invited a safety expert to conduct a specialized training session on emergency management and on-site response. The training adhered to the core principle of "prevention first, combined with prevention and firefighting," providing a comprehensive overview of theoretical knowledge related to emergency response for unexpected incidents. It also delivered step-by-step, detailed instruction on critical aspects such as the standard donning procedure for self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), usage precautions, and equipment troubleshooting. Following the theoretical sessions, all participating employees proceeded to hands-on donning drills, repeatedly refining their techniques and receiving on-the-spot evaluations of their practical performance.
This targeted training, through hands-on instruction and personal practice, helped employees thoroughly master the operational essentials of protective equipment, effectively enhancing their overall emergency awareness and on-site practical skills. This lays a solid foundation for responding to various safety emergencies efficiently and in a standardized manner, and advances the Work Safety Month activities with practical, results-driven effectiveness.
