IGSR recently held its annual ISO management review meeting to further consolidate the foundation of QHSE standardized management and ensure the standardized, efficient, and normalized operation of its ISO management system. Strictly following ISO system standards and the PDCA continuous improvement principle, the meeting conducted a comprehensive and systematic review of the company’s annual system performance, focusing on key areas such as QHSE process management performance, annual internal audit results, achievement of system objectives, quality and environmental risk control, related parities’ feedback, and resource allocation. The meeting fully affirmed the achievements made in ISO system development over the past year, while candidly addressing weak areas in management. Specific corrective measures were discussed and formulated item by item, and the goals, key tasks, and special improvement plans for the next phase of ISO system operation were clarified. Going forward, IGSR will rigorously implement all improvement measures, continuously enhance ISO system operational efficiency, address management shortcomings, and leverage refined ISO system management to support steady and sustainable development of the Company.
