Amidst the sweltering heat and relentless high temperatures, with many regions issuing continuous high-temperature warnings, IGSR’s frontline employees remain steadfast at their posts in the production areas, ensuring steady operations through their hard work and dedication. To further strengthen labor protection and safeguard the physical and mental well-being of all employees as well as the workplace safety, IGSR organized a high-temperature care initiative. Cui Lei, the Safety Director, visited the site to distribute heat-relief supplies, conveying the company’s heartfelt care. 

On-site, Cui Lei extended sincere gratitude and respect to the employees working tirelessly on the front lines. He repeatedly reminded everyone to take proper precautions against the heat, arrange work-rest schedules wisely, and ensure safe production.
