In active response to China's 24th National Work Safety Month campaign" Safety is everyone's duty, emergency readiness is everyone's skill—Identifying hidden hazards around us", IGSR organized a fun challenge contest on June 18^th, themed "Building safety defenses, accurately identifying risks, and eliminating hidden hazards." Breaking away from traditional training method, this event blended entertaining games with safety concepts, allowing employees to deepen their safety awareness and teamwork skills in a relaxed and interactive atmosphere.

The "Three-legged race" demonstrated that steady progress requires synchronized steps, vividly illustrating how a strong "safety defense" relies on seamless coordination and mutual support among team members. The "Arrow-throwing challenge" game emphasized the need for constant focus to accurately identify potential hazards, nipping risks in the bud. Meanwhile, the "Sandbag target game - hazard elimination" encouraged employees to lock onto targets and act decisively to eliminate hidden dangers around them.  This event was filled with excitement, laughter, and thoughtful reflection. Through competition and collaboration, employees gained a deeper appreciation of the importance of safety teamwork, the key aspects of risk identification, and the urgency of hazard elimination.  By combining education with entertainment, this safety-themed activity not only effectively enhanced IGSR employees' safety awareness and team cohesion but also added a vibrant touch to the Work Safety Month through innovative practice. It injected strong safety culture momentum into the company's sustainable and steady development.
