IGSR held the 2024 economic work conference and 2023 commendation ceremony on January 16th. At the meeting, Mr. Tai Baoan, General Manager of IGSR made a theme report entitled with "Assault fortified with joint efforts, strengthen and consolidate the foundation to promote improvement; Practice devotedly, strive for development through hard work and deep cultivation". The report summarizes the company's key work achieved in 2023 and clarifies the company's guiding ideology and main objectives and tasks for economic work in 2024. The report points out that opportunities and challenges coexist in 2024, and we must carefully analyze and grasp the situation, adhere to a problem-oriented approach, make up for shortcomings and weaknesses, and solidly consolidate the foundation to promote improvement. During the meeting, the company commended year 2023 excellent employees, proactive individuals, safety pacesetters and overhaul pacesetters who have made outstanding achievements in the work in 2023. After that General Manager Tai Baoan signed the commitment letters of responsibility for 2024 business objectives with the managers of each department. IGSR requires all departments to further decompose and implement the responsibility objectives, ensuring that all work plans are implemented effectively.

In 2024, although facing with many challenges and pressures, IGSR all employees will boost our confidence, work hard, and solidly promote the development strategy of "high-level, high-quality, high-tech, and high economic benefit", focus on reducing costs and improving internal skills, strengthening innovation and seeking breakthroughs, comprehensively enhancing the company's competitive advantages, and striving to create new production and operation achievements.
