IGSR has always attached great importance to safety management work. Taking the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discussions on safety production, IGSR continuously absorbs domestic and international advanced experience regarding safety management, continuously improves the internal HSE system, strictly fulfills the main responsibility of safety production, insists on strengthening employee training and performance assessment on safety work, vigorously improves employee safety awareness, through which IGSR steadily improves the company's safety execution ability. IGSR deeply explores the construction of safety production standardization system based on process safety management (PSM), works hard to build an HSE management system based on behavior safety, focusing on process safety, and holds production controlled management as its core, so as to achieve the intrinsic safety goal of "no harm to health, no accident, and no damage to the environment".
