In order to practice the concept of responsible care and increase the interaction between enterprise and society, in the afternoon of April 19^th, taking the opportunity of Nanjing Jiangbei New Material Science Park and Tongren Social Work Office implementing "Responsible Care for a Beautiful Future" project, IGSR carried out fire safety training activity in Jincheng Community, Pukou District.

At the beginning of the activity, the person in charge of the company's responsible care introduced the basic situation of the company to the residents, as well as the company's management policy of " of "Scientific Management, Quality First, to Meet Customer Needs; Standardize actions, People-oriented, to Guarantee Safety and Health; Compliance, Preventing Pollution, to Build a Green Enterprise", which helps to further promote the residents' understanding of the company's information such as operating mode, production, products, safety precautions, etc. and change their stereotype of chemical enterprises. Subsequently, firefighting special staff conducted fire safety training for the residents, mainly including the basic principles of firefighting, key points for using common firefighting equipment, major fire accident cases, and emergency self rescue methods for fire escape. And also demonstrated emergency response methods such as Heimlich first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation, further improving the residents' awareness and skills in emergency rescue. After that, residents conducted practical exercises on cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the use of fire extinguishers under the guidance of professional personnel. The residents actively participated and exclaimed that learning emergency rescue knowledge not only helped themselves but also their families.

This society-enterprise joint construction activity not only deepened the community residents' understanding of surrounding enterprises, but also further popularized fire safety knowledge, enhanced the skills of the residents to resist initial fires and respond to emergency events, established the safety concept of " Take preventive measures before problems occur", and provided guarantees for the life and property safety of the residents in the jurisdiction.
