In order to enhance the team cohesion and enrich the staff's spare time cultural life, recently, IGSR organized its employees to carry out a one-day team building activities. On the day of the activity, it was sunny and the fragrance of Osmanthus could be smelt in the cool air. The employees started the day with a good mood. The warm-up games and team building activities such as joint-efforts project and real CS battle promoted to enhance the employees’ sense of team cooperation. After that, everyone enjoyed the scenic spot and relaxed themselves. Although one day is not long, it had enhanced mutual understanding and laid a good foundation for strengthening team communication and cooperation.
